3d layout tools

I've just upgraded from Autocad MAP 3d 2014 to Autocad MAP 3d 2015.

 

I'm trying to use the 3d layout tools available in Autocad standard version (VIEWBASE, VIEWSECTION, VIEWPROJ, etc) and I get an "unknown command" error message.

 

I know that the 2014 of Autocad MAP 3d didn't include them. 

 

Are those commands available in the 2015 version?

 

Is there an aditional procedure needed in order to make them available?
