Fatal Error Opening drawings

Hi.
We run Map 5 on windows 2000, and several users are getting the following error more frequently, when opening some of our drawings. "FATAL ERROR: Attempt to delete class 'AeciAppArx' which still has registered dependants." Any help would appreciated.

I am running Map 2000 and was trying to open a 165mb drawing file and encounter a fatal error; therefore having to recover it. Our IT department spent 2 days trying to figure this out and even retempleted to entire hard drive. This drawing file could be opened by other users using identical machines. The final try was to pull the RAM and have it replaced. My problem has since been solved.
Give it a try.
