Profile is corrupting in AutoCAD Map 3D 2010(64 bit) while loading dll

Software: AutoCAD Map 3D 2010(64 bit)

OS: Windows7

Issue : On top of AutoCAD Map 3D 2010(64 bit) we created some tool using Acad .net API.

           This tool having group of dll files .We are loading 1 dll file using registry automatically.

             It is having 1 command(in acad) while using this command ,it will copy all dll files to C:\Users\XXXUSERNAMEXXX\AppData\Roaming\ADCS\DLL\   and load them in that acad session.

In this process for some users sometimes profile is corrupting and above process is not happening.

After deleting that user profile from users .Again it is working.

For above problem what could be the cause ? if anyone have solution please guide me.
