please i need some helps or ideas to automatize a manual process to be clear i will start describe problem : 

i have dwg file that contains  a lot of parcels "parcel has like attribute (num_p,code, name ) see picture : 

and i want for all parcels to generate this plan : 

• take a parcel and generate this. (red text is clarification)
