need a help/suggestion on 3Ds max, the difference and what to use...

hi there,,,

i want to ask if what is the difference between 3DS Max and 3DS Max Design??

coz me and my mates will create an interactive 3D map of a building partner with Unity...and dont know which is better to use or is both will be fine to use...

Look to that site >>>click<<< ... there you see the differences are very little now.

At least the most important line on that site ("Ideal for") describes all you want to know:

Ideal for     

   3DS Max Design ==> Architects, designers, civil engineers   

   3DS Max ==> Games, film, motion graphics
