MapExport - Incorrect Datatype Conversion

Hi Everybody,

Has anybody run into this problem:

I have a drawing with a link template linking drawing objects to an external Microsoft Access database. One of the columns in one of the tables is defined as a LONG INTEGER.

Whenever I do a MapExport to an ESRI Shapefile, AutoCAD Map 3d 2008 converts the LONG INTEGER to a DOUBLE.

How do I stop it from doing this?

Helllpppp!!!
