Map 2010 - VB.NET 2008 Create Mpolygon error

Hi,
I try to migrate a project in VB.NET 2008 but I have a problem when create a new
Mpolygon object. VB.NET give me a FileLoadException error for
acmpolygonobj18d.dbx. I verify that this file is loaded at Map 2010 startup.
Can you help me?

This is a known issue which is already logged as a change request with Map 3D Development team in Autodesk.
Sorry 😞 - no workaround for this in 2010 release yet.

It is now Sept 9 ... Is this going to get fixed or not? In my mind at least, not being able to instantiate an object is a pretty basic flaw. Would appreciate it if Autodesk would be forthcoming with their plan or lack of plan as the case my be.

There is short term fix via ADN. Reference: Change Request number 1217045.01

I am having the same issue.
I have searched ADN for the change request and have not found anything.

I also installed AutoCAD Map 3D 2010 Update 1 but the error still occurs.
Anywhere else I can find the fix?

Just submit a new request and reference: Change Request number 1217045.01
You might want to add some additional explanation so they do not get confused and be sure to tell them why you cannot wait for the hot fix.

We have the fix ready and official testings are on. If anyone is interested to get the fix, please request the same through DHO (DevHelp Online) in A D N site, we shall make it available to you.
BTW - the same fix will be available to public very soon either as a Hotfix or included in SP / Update for Map 3D 2010.
