How to handle the 3d entities in AutoCAD .net?.

Hi All,

First time i am working on 3D data(It means z axis) in AutoCAD ,net. I have some gas lines in Map3D whcih means 3d data.

I could not able to do selection set, closest point etc on 2d features. i am getting invalid outputs.

How to handle the 3d entities in AutoCAD .net?.

Hi

Still i don't get any solution.

My original problem is, getclosest point returning wrong result.

1. I am picking a point on a line using nea snap.

2. trying to use polyline.getclosestpointto(pickpoint, false)

3. The resultant point is should be on top of the polyline. but my result not on a line. result point is placing some where long distance.

one more point is my drawing is on AutoCAD Map3D 2013 format, i opened this drawing in AutoCAD Map3D 2014 and using AutoCAD Map3D 2014 API

Any help much appriciated.
