Connect to ArcSDE?

Hi every body, I'm newbie to FDO, and I'm trying to make Map3D connect to ArcSDE programatically using C#.net.

I've downloaded Map3D ObjectARX SDK, looking MapSamples folder made me nothing. 

Could anyone help me on this by posting some sample code, please?  I'll appreciate that greatly.
