Where is my status bar

My status bar has disappeared? I just did a new install and my command bar is there but the status is missing. These are things such as ortho, snap. Does anyone know how to get it back?

Maximize your LT window by clicking on the middle empty box at the top right
corner.

Just a thought, but do you perhaps not have the
AutoCAD screen fully maximized, ie, use the middle option of the three at the
top right of the screen. If it isn't maximised and the AutoCAD screen is almost
full size, it is possible that the Status bar is hidden under the Windows Task
Bar. Alternatively, use the Auto Hide option for the Task Bar.

Like I said, it's just a thought. 🙂

Any chance you're referring to the TEXT in the command line box? If so,
try Tools>Options>Display>Colors & be sure the 'Window Element' "Command
line text" is set to a contrasting color for your "Command line
background".
