I shall explain the above
Any drawing which was originally created in LT2009 and I subsequently open in LT2012 has the two red and one white rectangle appear in the same place in modelspace. They are hatches by the way.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it's doing it?

Don't worry I've solved it. There are some pesky hatches in the template which are not showing up.
