Go to http://support.autodesk.com, click on Knowledge base and look for
several documents on the topic, including one that might help called
"Running AutoCAD® software as a Domain User on Microsoft® Windows 2000".
This article discusses how to allow a "User" to use AutoCAD by using group
policies on a Win2K Domain controller. You can do it that way or just use
the information to individually (locally or remotely) edit each users
registry permissions.
No matter what you read on the topic though, you will not like the result:
Microsoft's website might have more topics on the matter as well. One of
those 'no choice' things 😞
