video card options with 2009LT or is it relevant

i am currently looking to purchase a small form factor computer from dell and the options are Intel® GMA 4500, ATI radeon HD3470, or HD3450 for a video card. does anyone have experience with these. i've had an optiplex in the past using an integrated graphics card and it worked fine with ACDesktop3.1. just wondering if it makes a difference going with a dedicated card or integrated. it will have Intel Core™ 2 Quad Processor Q9550 with 4GB DDR2 Non-ECC SDRAM,800MHz, memory. any suggestions?

Not with LT: just make sure your video ram is not
robbing from your system ram (integrated video).

Are you going with Vista64bit? You will see a
pretty healthy performance boost if you do not have old
peripherals.

thanks dean.
it will be a 32bit. the only peripheral is a 3 year old HP deskjet 9800 large format printer. is there a way to check the video ram? i've never heard that term used.

Integrated video use system RAM, not their own as
you would in a separate video card. You said you were skipping that,
right?
