Can you use this font in another program and print to the plotter?
Did you try plotting to the system driver, not through a PC3 file, in LT?
Did you test by not using a plot style table at all when plotting?
Try another TTF as a test, find something and use it. Try to repeat it with
another font, any font, similar, dissimilar.
Also test with your font by plotting to file and using any free or cheap plt
file viewer to see if it's the plot process that is messing it up or the
plotter.
Also test by plotting to DWF and PDF and use the free viewers to examine the
results.
AND if all these files look good, try printing them to your plotter to see
if they come out or not.
If you can't repeat the problem, the problem is the one font. If you can,
post back with what generic TTF fonts we might all have that you used that
did this, let's see if we can figure it out.
You can buy fonts, and ttf to shx converters from many sources, including
