Using Dynamic Input !!!!

I was learning how to operate AutoLT 2010 with the 30 day trial. Everything looked good and I decided to purchase the this program. I loaded it a couple days ago and am having a frustrating problem!!!! Need Help !!!
Whenever i turn Dynamic Input on and start the line command and drag the cursor for the second point my cursor is extremelyt sluggish and slow to react to the movements. It's painfully slow. This same thing happens when I draw a circle or even measure. The funny thing is that when I turn Dynamic off everything is normal?
I know it is not my computer because I ran the 30 day trial for 3 weeks with no problems at all. I am running Windows 7?
I have been trying to contact auto desk for a few days with no response?
I don't know what to do.

It does help, thanks, but disabling the feature isn't really solving the problem. I like having the dynamic dimensional data shown, but it bogs things down. I don' recall this being a problem with ACAD LT 2010 on our old computers which ran windows XP, 32-bit, and with considerably less RAM. t makes me suspect it a Windows 7/ACAD LT 2010 conflict somewhere.

From your other symptoms (properties manager), and this test, it may be
graphics card driver related. Try to get drivers from Autodesk for your
model and see if that helps:

I have been working with the up & ready crew and they cannot figure it out either.
My issue has been escalated up to a Autocad Support Specialist. He has had no luck either.
They have went through my Laptop and okayed everything.
It is a painfully slow process, they e-mail something for me to try or check and until I reply another day goes by.

There is a problem with windows "Aero" themes and the Dynamic Mode inputs in Autocad 2010 LT. If you pick a "Non" Aero theme in Windows the problems go away.

I'm sure that you already have figured out the fix/workaround for this problem, but I'll just post that for others having the same problem....

I also have this issue and i must say that it drives me nuts, sure changing the windows 7 theme to a non aero theme gets around it, but the non aero themes are as bland and boring as a bowl of steamed rice.

Has anyone found another work around to this dynamic input issue, as i like having dynamic input on while having a reasonable theme to look at. (Call me a princess if you like)

Any news would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious if anyone found a good solution to this problem (it's been about a year since the last post).

Turning off windows aero or disabling dynamic input are not great options...

Thanks.

I just read where it seems that 2012 product line may have cleared this up.

Top of this forum are two frayed topics, one covers video cards that may help.
