Using AutoCAD 2013 LT, cannot display French font correctly

One of my client said his French client gives him the CAD file with French font.

The font can be displayed correctly in Windows, MS Word but not AutoCAD.

Any solutions to this?~

What ype of Font is it.

TTF? SHX?

Is the Font installed on the recipients computer? Likely not since you see it in other programs
