upgrade acad LT2000 i

when my doing installation upgrade acad Lt 2000i from 98, NO find aclt.exe
directory in my PC? .
Help me pleace about this problem , thanks.

This is because the upgrade version needs a previous version of LT
installed on your system.

Juan,
Also, if you do have the LT 98 on your machine and you still get a
message that it "can't find a valid aclt.exe". Then check the Serial
Number for the LT 98. If it starts with a 167-xxxxxxxx then you have a
Not For Retail version of Autocad. These versions can not be upgraded.
