TrueType font

When I use a TrueType font the display looks normal but the plottter (HP 430) & printer (Epson Stylus 600) only print the outline of the letters. How do I correct this???

TEXFILL variable needs to be turned on, or you are plotting with
HIDE on in the plot dialog box, or you have HIDEPLOT selected in
your PaperSpace viewport.
