Transferring AutoCAD LT 2008 to Laptop with Vista

I recently purchased a laptop so I could use AutoCAD LT on it. I already own and installed the software on my desktop at home where I have been using it for the last year. What is the best way to transfer the program and license to my laptop? Is it possbile to use the program on both computers (not at the same time) or once I transfer it to my laptop, does it become inactive on my desktop? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Install LT on your laptop, authorize, and use as
needed.

Duh! Couldn't have been easier. I thought I had to deal with the whole portable license utility thing. Thanks very much for your help.
