tool properties editing not available

For some unknown reason I am not able to change the properties of my tool palettes - see attached image. Havent changed anything for a while but was working a few months ago.Unsure if I have accidentaly changed any settings but the issue is on my Autocad LT 2013 and LT 2014.

Any help would be appreciated.

Where are your TPs stored?
Did you make the mistake of "migrating" when you installed and started 2014?

The issue was caused by uninstalling Autodesk 360 (A360 was causing a windows explorer error message to appear 1 -2 times a day). I uninstalled LT2014 and A360 and reinstalled just the LT2014 and now all seems to be working fine. Apparently a lot of users are having the same problem (trawled the forum and found a way of loading the software without A360 being loaded).
