tool bar help!

Help just loaded 2004 lt on a new computer and I was moving tool bars around
and moved the dimension tool bar to the very bottom of my screen and then in
disappeared and I can find it or get it back to move it else where can
anyone help me?

Try changing your screen resolution, move the tb then restore your
resolution.

-TOOLBAR command (note the dash), relocate any toolbar you
want: usage explained in HELP.
