Sync not working. Workspace or customisations.

I'm having no luck syncing settings between my PC and my laptop. I'm signed in to both, have tried all combinations of syncing, signing in and out, turning on and off but my PC workspaces don't show up on the laptop, neither do customiusations such as the added options to my righ clik menu on my PC, again they don't show up on the laptop. Any help would be much appreciated.

AutoCAD LT 2014.

Are you logged in and syncing with Autodesk 360 on both machines?

I have been logged on to both part of the time but have signed out and turned the laptop off and on again to see if that did the trick and it didn't.

I have just tried again and they have synced. I guess I needed to leave a bit more time for the saved setting to take effect rather than jumping quickly from one to the other.
