Stretch Command ignores certain items

I'm stumped a little bit here. Are there properties of a line, arc, pLine, etc. that could cause them to not participate in a Stretch command? I draw a lot of schematic-type drawings and use stretch to move items around & keep the diagramatic lines extending/shrinking with them. I've attached a drawing of an electrical outlet. If I use the stretch command to relocate this particular item, the arcs at the tops of the "ground" holes don't move along with the rest of it. Very curious as to how/why.

Ay, carramba. Just answered my own question. Whoever created that drawing used an ellipse for that curved piece. As I recall, you can't stretch (or explode) an ellipse.

Set pellipse variable to 1 and you will then be able to explode the ellipse.
