setting up custom menus in LT

I'm working for a new company and have not used AutoCad in some time.  We want to be able to "drop in" existing drawings through the use of customized drop drop menus.  Is there a tutorial somewhere that shows how to customize the drop down menus and link them to files?

Look for stuff on CUI customization and macro writing. AUGI is a good source, and handouts from past AU's.

Consider upgrading your old methods of drop downs to using ADCENTER or TOOLPALETTES instead: way easier to share, manage and update. Think long term usability.
