Setting Osnap from a command button

I need to draw lines and want the OSNAP set to Perpendicular and Center. Is there a way to specify this in the Macro Associated with the button?
Example I have the line macro as such

^C^C_line
Need to add osnap before it
^C^C osnap; “Set Perp and cen” _line

TIA

Look up OSMODE in HELP, add the numbers up for your desired
Osnap or combinations, in your case, that would be 132
(128+4) ... .

^C^C_osmode;132;_line

I'm having similar problems. When I have OSNAP on, using End, Mid, Centre, Intersection, Perp & Nearest. I'll type in a 'Bearing & Distance' (working in Surveying), then if the end of that line comes anywhere a previous line/endpoint, it automatically grabs the proposed endpoint, which therefore changes the 'B & D',

F3 button, toggle off running osnaps, F3 afterwards to re-engage.
