Saving file across network leads to coruption

This is a little on the strange side. We have three designers running on a
windows domain. The three designers are running different OSs, the 1st is
NT4.0 sp6a, 2nd is Win2k sp4 , the 3rd is WinXP sp2. Now all of these
computers worked correctly a week and a half ago. Now randomly when saving
a file across the network the file gets corrupted. this also happens when
wblocking selected objects( yet doesn't when you wblock the whole drawning).

1 file could not be opened but my NT4.0 computers across the network if
copyed local it could, but could by all other OSes could open remotely.
When the Win2k computer saved the file again the NT4.0 could once again
open the file with out problems.

Any thoughts...

The network is a Windows NT 4.0 Domain all of the autocad users have the
same rights to the folder where the Autocad files are stored
