Right-click tools disappeared and clipboard from dwg to dwg does not work

Hi

My Right-click tools disappeared recently and clipboard from dwg to dwg does not work.  Can anyone help me with this?  I am on a deadline and am unable to complete it especially without the clipboard function.

Type "Options" , then click on the "User Preferences" tab.

Click the "Right-click customization" button - is Default Mode set to "shortcut menu"?
