Raster tools not showing up

I use autocad lt 2009. i have installed AutoCAD Raster Design 2009 Object Enabler. but i am not getting raster tools in autocad lt 2009.

RasterDesign OE does not add any tools to LT2009: you were mis-informed.

You can't: not an option. Zip. Nada. Nehe/Nahi (if I guessed corectly).

You need to buy these two softwaqrte packages instead in you want to stick with Autodesk:

plus http://www.autodesk.com/rasterdesign
