radius larger than fillet permits

I have never figured out how to place a fillet radius in the corner of a part whose shoulder length is less than the radius. I have a turned part. the first diameter is .122. The second diameter is .187, therefore the shoulder height is .0325. I need to fillet a .187 radius that is tangent to these 2 diameters. I do not know the length of the arc that is required to hit the right tangent point of the .187 circle. I know there must be an easy way of doing it. Can anyone advise me? Thank you. John

Post a DWG and point to what it is you want to do.
