R2012 Resolution is low

We have AutoCAD LT 2010 installed on Windows 7.

We also have R2009 LT on an identical computer.

We have not installed R2011 LT on any computers.

We have now installed R2012 LT on the computer with R2010 LT and the resolution seems very low (thus large ribbon icons).  The R2010 LT resolution seems fine.  We also cannot click the cross in the top RH corner to close the program.

R2012 LT on the computer with R2009 LT installs fine.

Any suggestions? Patch avaialble??

Resolution? There is no patch, something else is going on on that PC. Examine both side by side, all settings display and security.

Also consider a true uninstall and reinstall.
