I had the same problem after running Regclean.exe, downloaded from the
Microsoft web site. There are some AuotoCad LT entries in the registry
which Regclean thinks are errors and removes. This stops the Properties box
working. Undoing Regclean cures the problem or alternatively re-install LT.
It may be that other programs that fiddle with the registry can cause the
same thing to happen. I don't know if there is something unorthodox about
the LT registry entries that makes Regclean remove them.
