For unknown reason to me, when I click on properties icon column on left side describing selected properties does not appear. How do I get back the properties column on the screen? thank you

I am by no means an expert, but if you click on anything on the screen, and right mouse click, you will get an option at the bottom for propertied.

Reinstall LT, and stop using a Windows Registry cleaner (many new anti-virus
software packages have those and are on by default).

Same problem occurred to me. Fixed it by repairing installation rather than uninstalling and reinstalling

Thanks for the additional info concerning repairing the Properties dialog.

...and hopefully you have set your Registry Cleaner to ignore Autodesk files and thus avoid the difficulty in the future.
