Problem activating Autocad LT 2010 on my new laptop

I've problem activating my Autocad LT 2010 when i've succesfully installed in my new laptop. I've aliasing with Autodesk singapore for the activation but seems they've run out of idea what could possible be the problem as i've key in a valid activation code provided by them and this error pop up 'Registration-Activation Error (0015.111)'.

Please help.
