Printing problem

I am trying to print to our network printer mx-4501n, but when I do I get a message on the printer "maintenance required. Code; DK before you tell me it's the printer it only happens on my machine that was LT 2012. The only way to print out is to totally shut down my computer, wait a few seconds and turn it back on and then it will print out my drawings. so I do not know if Autocad is causing the problem. Any ideas

Note that LT2012 has required HP at least to seriously update drivers to many Laser printers to work, so perhaps Sharp is in the same boat too. Start with their technical support while you wait here.
