Polyline fill problem (ACLT 2002)

For the love of Autocad I'm at the end of my rope working with Autocad LT 2002...

Today's problem: A drawing which has previously been fine will no longer display polylines with a global width correctly.

I have multiple polylines with a global width of 0.05" and when the drawing is published these polylines which look perfectly find in model space now have no fill and just look like an outline of what it should be. I've searched the issue and found a lot of similar problems, but none of their fixes are working for me.

Right now I have the following set to:

UCS = World

PLAN = World

FILLMODE = 1

SHADEMODE = 2D Wireframe

Options>Display> "Apply solid fill" is checked

What do you guys think?

You turned on HIDE in the pagesetup (or pop-up dialog) being used to PLOT the file (there is no PUBLISH in LT2002).

if that's not it, share your DWG file here for all of us to have a look.
