Plotting to what?
where are you setting the number of copies?
Using which driver? If you are using a PC3 file it may be set to only give you a single print BTW.
Your Windows OS version?

As a test, if you try multiple copies to another printer or plotter that you have, does it work or does it also fail? We have HPs here, printers and plotters, but not your exact version, and we can print multiple sets as you have shown with your screenshot.

i have two types of printer, brothers & hp plotter. I've done some experiment plotting with different printer & different software. i found that the brother printer is okay and the softwares (such as word, excel, ppt) are also okay except for hp plotter & autocad. I'm unable to print multiple copies although i've clicked more than 1 copy.

Your HP driver or the HP device may be set to only give you one copy perhaps?
