Plotting on 13x19

I am trying to plot to a hp photosmart 8750 on 13x19 paper. All setting are on super b 13x19 and the plo publish details even say paper size 13x19 but my printer reads paper installed is larger than needed. if i push ok to continue it prints out smaller than the 13x19 and print preview setup. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have spent over 6hrs trying to correct this and have had no success. By the way I am using Vista. Thanks.

AutoCAD is set to not plot to that it would appear: find the
disconnect, probably in your pc3 file or pagesetup.

Start Help in AutoCAD, type PC3 and read about it.

is your layout pagesetup set for 13x19? no luck involved, it either is or
isn't set up correctly.
