pastespec command

when using the pastespec command and having it paste product enties, is
there a way to get the text to update after it is updated in excel? i like
how it pastes individual text and lines.....if it only updated itself.

No, once they are AutoCAD entities, they are independent of the source file
and application.

You will have to use INSERTOBJ and put up with OLE limitations and printing
quirks to keep the connection alive.
