Open Office Org Calc files support

While we're on the subject of linking to spreadsheet files and have an Autodesk rep looking in on the thread, is Autodesk making any movement toward supporting Open Office Org Calc files?  As far as I can tell AutoCAD doesn't recognize them even when a spreadsheet has been saved as an Excel file.

No worries.  I'm not.  If they can't get two different versions of Excel straight it'll surely take a while longer still to figure out OOOC. 

Call it a shot across the bow as much as anything else... letting them know some of us are still out here.
