Open file in AutoCAD LT created in AutoCAD 3D MEP

Hi,

I have been sent an AutoCAD file (created using AutoCAD 3D with MEP). When I open the file in AutoCAD LT (for MAC) some of the detail is not displayed...it is shown as an empty box with the following text in the bottom left hand corner:

AecbDbDuct(AecbHvacBase70)

Do I need to upgrade my version of AutoCAD or is there some other way to see the detailed object?

Thanx,

Andy

For future reference, the MAC forum is here http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-for-mac/ct-p/3011

There are no object enablers for LT from MEP: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/sites/default/files/file_downloads/autocad_architecture_mep_2013_oe_re...
All enablers are for WIndows versions of AutoCAD I believe.

Ask the file creator to "export to autocad" for you if turning on PROXYSHOW and PROXYGRAPHICS variables in LT don't help.
