Open drawing folder

Is it possible to specify a folder to open by shortcut keys or can you just
specify which folder the open folder toolbar key goes to?

Make shortcuts to your favourite folders and put them
in the folder where you ends up when opening drawings.
Now they are only a doubble click away.

Extra tip:
Put shortcuts to back to AutoCAD's folder in the other
folders. Now you have a "Back" button.
In W2000 there already is a back button in the toolbar.

Colin,

Go to the short cut icon that you click to start AutoCAD LT, right click on
it and choose properties. In the box called "start in" fill in the full
path name of the folder you want LT to go to first. i.e "E:\My Drawings
file on another drive or wherever" (including quote marks).

Simon.
