Hi,
yesturday i bought a suscription licence for autocad lt 2015.
I have been through the install process and it work fine until a windows saying in french:
"the current autodesk licence server can not be found, it can happen especially when
- internet connection lost
- the autodesk server is unavalable"
two bottons option are possible: "try again" and "exit"
if i try again, the same window apear,
and if i clic "exit", the software star running but immediatly an error window appear with "the licence is wrong, please contact your representative AutoCAD" and then another window saying "the produit has not been installed properly on the machine", and then the software close automaticly.
I would love to contact the representative who sold be the licence, but unfortunatly it is the autodesk website.... maybe a bad idear...
till now, absolutly not support is offered: the internationnal calling service is too busy "please call later", same for the french one
and i didn't find any information regarding this problem on the forum or help.
I spend a night to install and uninstall the soft, to try again and again, trying with many option on my side like removing the firewall but nothing
seems to be wrong on my side and I get completly mad of this issue and the lack of help by autodesk phone number.
Thanks to tell if your licence server is in trouble which can explain the issue or if not please help me, I have deadlines to deal with !

Did you get the email yet about how to log into subscription site? That's where you go for support, you paid for that. It can take 1-3 days to get that email though, since it requires a human to enter your details first before sending you the emails and like you Autodesk doesn't work 24hours a day.

just to give more detail the OS is windows 8.1
I have received the email with serial number and activation code.
The link you send seems to be relevant but I do not have LMTools.exe or Licpath.lic on my system and i don't this i should regarding the suscription licence but is it a similar trouble, i agree. But still, i can not find any information regarding this trouble on suscription.
