more authorization problems AutoCAD LT

Electronic registration is not working. When attempting to run the program it prompts to register the product. Afterwards it says that the product has been registered and authorized but gives no authorization code and returns to the prompt saying that I need to register and authorize the product. I also tried registering at the website and got similar results.

Does anyone know where I can get the authorization code?

I prefer the via phone call approach ....AutoDesk Authorization Number
