LT2010 on Win 7 - "save as" in 2004 format

We have two installs of AutoCAD LT 2010 with update1 (18.0.215.0) installed on Windows 7 Pro.

The problem on both is that when the users try to use the "save as" function on older versions (some atleast 2004 format) in acad lt 2004 format the application freezes then crashes the machine.

The ACDLT2010ENGAdlm log file consists of this just before the problem:

5600 2010/01/07 11:49:25 Reason=Fatal error
5600 2010/01/07 11:49:25 ComputerName=NEW_LT_PAULDODD

5600 2010/01/07 11:49:25 AdlmIntError=2 [Failed: Internal programming error]

anyone else with this, or even better a solution?
thanks

I'm thinking of running a repair on AutoCAD to clear up the problem, but any other help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, these errors come up when the person just tries to open AutoCAD

Looks like a Windows login problem to me: is the person new or get a new Windows login?
