LT2010 Crashes everytime I try and create a hyperlink

I'm running LT2010 on a Windows 7, every time I try and create a hyperlink the page freezes then comes up with a fatal error message. I then have to recover the drawing...is there any known solutions

Happens to many in LT2011 and LT2012 too, I've not seen a fix although the common theme seems to be Win7 64bit.

This problem has been occurring since Acad2010 - we are currently running 2012 and STILL Autodesk cannot find an answer - we use hyperlinks to produce linked drawings for viewing in DWF format

what are they doing, has anyone any news?

why don't they spend more time fixing issues rather than prettying up the user interface every year

BTW we are using Win 7 64 bit platform

I upgraded to LT2013 and it seemed to stop, I'm now running LT2014 and it's back with a vengeance, been running it for a week and have had a lot of crashes and program hangs and forced program shut downs........ not very impressed 😞 😞 😞

I wouldnt be suprised if a hotfix got released soon
