LT2007 Service Pack 1

I have LT2007 installed on 2 pc's (one mobile and 1 at base office) I noticed Service Pack 1 was available, and downloaded and installed it on my miobile workstation with no problem. I then tried to repeat the process for the base office, but could not install it, getting the following error msg:

"A problem prevented the service pack being installed. Contact your system administrator. Error Code:1612"

I've tried going back to my reseller, but they think it's an Office 2003 problem.

Anybody know what this might be?

reinstall LT and try a new download: there is no issue here
with office2003.

I was just at Autodesk and there is a SP-1 for LT2006, but none listed for
LT2007. Is Autodesk's website lagging behind??

Hi Dean

Just got around to trying your suggestion. Sadly, i can't uninstall the program either. Keep getting the following message:
"The installation source for this product is not available. verify that the source exists and that you can access it"

I'd dearly like to uninstall, i've tried putting the installation disk in, to uninstall, repair etc, and i've tried uninstalling from Control Panel with no luck whatsoever

Any ideas?
