Lt2005 suddenly crashing when opening

Suddenly I am getting Fatal Error Unhandled Access Violation 0x0da4 Exception at 36007973h.
I tried to repair by re-installing LT 2005. It did not work. I un-uninstalled the program. Re-booted the computer; still gave the same error message. I then downloaded the service pack and try to start. the program opened and then crashed.
Where do I go from here.
I can not call any body at Autodesk. I am at east coast.

IF you have WindowsXP, restore the OS to a day back when
everything worked fine.
