LT Express 2.1 crashing AutoCAD LT2008

I work as IT manager for one Engineering company and I don't know anything about AutoCAD. Our AutoCAD LT 2008 is started carshing after LT Express 2.1installation. I have sent emails to software vendor, but havent got any response yet and they are based in Spain.
It gives this error message "FATA ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation reading oxooo4 Exception at 5e4c37h. I googled but couldnt find solution. Does anybody know how to fix this. Appreciate for the help...Thanks in advance.

Uninstall the add-on until you hear from the vendor, repair reinstall lt2008
and apply any patches to it found at the Autodesk website.
