Lock toolbars?

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to LOCK the toolbars (either docked or not, doesn't matter which) to prevent them from being moved. A colleague at work insists that he did it once on LT2000 but can't remember how he achieved it! Personally it's not something I can see a need for - I just need to shut him up!!

Thanks Dean, I think the word 'buy' should do the trick nicely. It usually does! The link to manusoft.com is much appreciated though, it looks like a goldmine.
