Lines not starting at points entered - off by .00005"

Greetings,

I am new to the Community and a bit rusty with AutoCad.  I am wondering what may have caused or is causing lines to not begin at the point that I enter.  Rather they are off by about .00005".  Obviously, to the eye it's not noticable until zooming in, but technically it should be at the point that is indicated so to avoid issues later.  If I need to submit more information, please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

You need to increase your precision for length to more then 4 decimal places if you need to be that precise. Type in UNITS at the command line to change the precision for lenght.

And how are you selecting that start point? That's were most users fail, with the methodology Since AutoCAD has many precision tools and features. You can type exact coordinates, use object snaps etc.

Are you eye-balling it? Zoomed out too far? Looks to possibly be the case in your file.
